best places for brunch Madrid Cover

You don’t feel like cooking and after doing some research you can’t decide between dozens of brunch options in the city. If you are wondering where the best brunch in Madrid is, you have come to the right place. I’ll give you the 11 best places for brunch in 2023.

In most of these spots you’ll find the classic eggs benedict, waffles, bagels and some other delicious goods. Some other spots would have a more characteristic brunch menu inspired by an Italian breakfast, for example.

Brunch has increased in popularity over the years and locals have embraced this tradition.  A few years ago only a couple of places would offer brunch in Madrid, and it was only on Sundays

Nowadays, brunching is not a weekend thing anymore. And there are so many places that it gets even difficult to pick the right one. Besides, you can find a great brunch any day of the week. Yet some places still only do it on the weekends.

Here’s a map to quickly locate all the restaurants you’ll see throughout this post. Here we go!

To make it easier for you, I’ll classify the brunch spots by price. Keep in mind more expensive doesn’t mean better, most likely it will mean a cuter place and perhaps more attention to detail.

Without further ado, here are the best places for brunch in central Madrid, because life is too short for a bad one.
